Privacy Policy

This policy describes what information Vibroacoustic Guide collects, how it is used, and how it is protected. We collect as little as possible and share nothing.

What we collect

Analytics

If analytics are enabled, we use a privacy-respecting service (Plausible Analytics or Fathom) that does not set tracking cookies, does not build individual user profiles, and does not share data with advertising networks. We see only aggregate counts: page views, referrer sources, and approximate geographic region. We cannot identify individual visitors from analytics data.

Server logs

Our web host's servers automatically record basic access logs, including IP addresses, browser type, and the pages requested. These logs are used only for security and technical diagnostics, and are retained according to our host's standard log rotation policy.

What we do not collect

We do not set cookies except for session or CSRF tokens where required for security. We do not use tracking pixels. We do not use Google Analytics or any other advertising-linked analytics platform. We do not run retargeting, behavioral advertising, or any third-party tracking of any kind.

How your data is used

Information from the contact form is used solely to respond to the message you sent. We do not subscribe you to any mailing list without your explicit request. Analytics data is used in aggregate to understand which pages are useful and where readers come from; it is never tied to an individual.

Data sharing

We do not sell, rent, or share your personal information with any third party, except where required by applicable law or a valid legal process. We will notify you of any such disclosure to the extent permitted by law.

Your rights

You may request deletion of any personal information you have submitted to us. To do so, use the Contact page and describe your request. We will respond within 30 days.
